Malcolm Gladwell’s Book Generator

A good friend of mine, Philip Kennedy sent me this link a few days ago: I’d recommend everyone to have a look as it conjures up some pretty hilarious results. Here is a couple of my favorites:

I’m guessing the website is a bit tongue-in-cheek, though Gladwell does get a lot of bad press for often generalising topics, being over speculative and not always very scientific. That said, he’s certainly popular and sells a lot of books! I think there will always be some snobbery about an author that manages to be very successful by making complicated topics accessible and entertaining to a broad audience. What’s wrong with a bit of light reading anyway? And I still believe The Tipping Point is a very interesting read.

Though they weren’t wrong about his book covers having a very predicable a style! Though I guess you could call it being consistent!
